Currecy Accepted: We accept payments in US Dollars (USD). All transactions will be processed and completed in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees may apply if paying in a different currency.
Hourly Rates: Our parking rates are charged on an hourly basis and are clearly displayed on our website. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The total amount payable will be calculated based on the duration of your parking stay.
Payment: Payment for parking reservations must be made in advance through our secure online payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your parking reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Parking Duration: Your parking reservation is valid only for the duration specified during the booking process. If you exceed the reserved time, additional charges may apply. Moreover, please note that vehicles exceeding the reserved time may be subject to vehicle immobilization or towing at the owner’s expense.
